Now for the Good Stuff!

Here are a few tips to help you choose the perfect outfit for your photos.
First, consider the location of your session. If you’ll be outdoors, you’ll want to dress for the weather. If it’s cold that means layers! Scarves, hats, and boots can add texture and interest to your photos. (But let’s face it, we live in Florida!) Even in warmer weather Layers are a great way to add variety to your images! Accessories are super fun to play with as well!

If you’re doing an indoor session, you can get a little more creative with your wardrobe. Rich, jewel tones always look beautiful in photos. And don’t forget about your makeup! A little extra blush, mascara (or even some lashes to get that extra pop in camera), and lip-gloss can go a long way in front of the camera. And of course, don’t forget the nails, they always end up on camera! Natural soft tones are the best way to go with any traditional session.

If you’re still not sure what to wear check out my Pinterest Inspiration Board for some stunning ideas! Or you may even consider hiring a stylist. They can help you put together the perfect holiday look, Also Remember to Coordinate everyone’s wardrobe, but skip the “matching outfits”

Matchy, Matchy

Rather than falling into the cheesy matchy, matchy look, coordinate colors that look good together instead, keep in mind different pattern combinations may conflict as well.

Coordinated and styling

But Whatever you decide to wear, just have fun with it! The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
