STEP ONE
CONNECT VIA PHONE CALL
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my clients. La Bella Luce families are unique in that they are fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their family, we need to have a connection, and a relationship. I always say I want to show up to your session and feel like a friend. So that means – our very first step is connecting via a phone call so we can get to know each other!
STEP TWO
LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL!
After our initial phone call, if you and your family decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your starter Collection, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
Once your 30% retainer is paid, your date will be saved, and the fun will begin! And then, the best part– we’ll start planning your family session!
Tell me about your dream session. We will schedule a complimentary in-home wardrobe consultation where we can go over all of your options for planning the perfect ensemble for you and your family! We will also begin going over your artwork preferences.


STEP 3
AN EASY AND STRESS-FREE PLANNING PROCESS
My goal as a photographer is to make you feel pampered, feeling & looking your best.
Because of that, I am extremely organized when it comes to your session plans! I will send you questionnaires to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll receive my session questionnaire which goes over what type of shots you’re hoping to go for, and from your answers, I’ll create a session plan with posing and prompts that takes any guess work out of your session.
About 2 weeks out from the session, we’ll have a video call to go over any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!
STEP 4
SESSION DAY!
The Day of The Session! We will photograph you and your family in a gorgeous outdoor setting or in the comfort of your own home.
Before we begin shooting, you will be pampered with professional hair & makeup, complimentary champagne, & a selection of snacks and treats. I will be with you every step of the way helping organize all of the getting ready procedures, and even grabbing some shots of the pampering session!


STEP 5
YOUR GALLERY
After the session day, when all your edits are complete, we will have an in-person Artwork reveal and planning session.
We then fully plan the art for your home where we go over gallery walls, professionally designed albums, easel displays, and traditional Framed artwork.
Once you have chosen how you want your images displayed in your home, I will get to work on creating your dream collection.
We even offer in home installation of the finished art complimentary to all of our clients! We are there every step of the way, assuring you have the most streamlined memorable experience possible!
